Sweet Transitions offers flexible partial and full transition support. Services are designed around the needs of each client and can be structured within a maximum client-approved budget. A 4-hour minimum applies, and time is billed in 15-minute increments.
Focused Transition
Option 1 — The “Right-Size” Package
Perfect for: Seniors moving from a larger family home into a 1–2 bedroom apartment, or individuals choosing to safely "age in place" by simplifying their current home.

Custom Space Planning: We will look at your new floor plan together and measure your favorite furniture items to ensure they fit safely and beautifully.
12 Hours of Dedicated Sorting: Spread across gentle, 4-hour sessions. We will work side-by-side to sort high-impact areas like your kitchen, main bedroom, and living spaces.
Distribution Sorting: We will carefully label and organize items designated for family members, charities, or keeping.
Logistics Coordination: I will source, vet, and schedule trusted local moving or donation pickup services on your behalf.
Note: This package includes up to 12 total hours of personalized service. Third-party moving fees and packing supplies are billed separately.
Full-Service Solution
Option 2 — The “Turn-Key” Package
Perfect for: Seniors making a complete transition to a senior living community, or adult children managing a loved one's estate from a distance. I handle the process from start to finish.

Total Project Management: I build a customized 3-week timeline and coordinate all schedules with local moving, donation, and clearing vendors.
20 Hours of Whole-House Sorting: Gentle, guided sessions to systematically clear bedrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and organized storage areas.
Professional Packing: Expert wrapping, boxing, and meticulous labeling of all your approved belongings to ensure they arrive safely.
Moving Day Oversight: I stay on-site to direct the professional movers, protect your belongings, and manage the day's timeline.
Welcome Home Setup: I unpack your essential rooms (kitchen, bathroom, bedroom), make your bed, hang your clothes, and haul away the empty boxes so your new home is instantly comfortable.
Distribution Sorting: We will carefully label and organize items designated for family members, charities, or keeping.
Logistics Coordination: I will source, vet, and schedule trusted local moving or donation pickup services on your behalf.
Note: This package includes up to 45 total hours of comprehensive service. Third-party moving fees and packing supplies are billed separately.

Our Four-Phase Transition Process
Phase 1: Sorting & Downsizing Sessions
We sit side by side with you to work through belongings at your pace. Together, we organize items into four categories: keep for the new home, gift to family, donate, or sell.
Phase 2: Packing with Care
Our team wraps, boxes and carefully labels your prized possessions. Detailed inventory sheets make it easier to identify which boxes contain daily essentials and other important belongings.
Phase 3: Moving Day Command
We arrive early to supervise the third-party moving crew. Using the approved floor plan, we direct the placement of heavier items and help coordinate the process with attention to your home and your peace of mind.
Phase 4: The “Sweet Welcome” Resettling
We unpack your clothes into the new closet, arrange kitchen cabinets, plug in lamps and hang favorite family portraits. By the time you walk through the door, the goal is a new space that feels warm, familiar and ready to live in.

We believe in straightforward communication, predictable rates and no surprise add-once. Sweet Transitions can structure services around your family's needs and work within a maximum client-approved budget.
A 4-hour minimum applies to services, and time is billed in 15-minute increments.
Our time may include sorting and downsizing assistance, closet organization, custom floor planning, utility transition assistance, packing labor, mover scheduling and on-site supervision on moving day.
Third-party costs—such as the moving company, moving truck, boxes, packing supplies and junk removal—are separate and should be clearly identified in your written estimate. We do not own physical moving trucks.
Following an initial consultation, we can discuss the expected scope and provide a written estimate before work begins, including the maximum approved budget where applicable.
